Boy Scout Troop 152 member Jordan Chapman presented his Eagle Scout project to the Adel Lions Club at their recent meeting. Jordan plans to build playground equipment purchased from Rainbow in the area of the Adel Little League fields near the Adel dam. The total cost of the project is estimated to be around $3,100. The Adel LIons Club voted to contribute $500.
He plans to start working on building the project in July and finish in early August. Other scouts from Troop 152 will participate as will adult volunteers. Anyone wishing to help can contact Jordan to volunteer. Looks like a great project for the kids of Adel! Step up and lend a hand.
